                                            Steve Smalto and Brad Greene

                                            HomeQuest Builders Inc. was founded by industry veterans Steve Smalto and Brad                                             Greene. For more than twenty years Brad and Steve have been building homes and                                             satisfying homebuyers in Raleigh, Durham and surrounding North Carolina
                                            counties.

                                            During their tenure with one of North Carolina’s largest private homebuilders, the                                             partners developed expertise in areas of customer service, sales, marketing,                                             construction design, finance, land acquisition and development.

Both Smalto and Greene have a reputation in the industry for integrity, innovation and leadership.
They have a passion for building quality, environmentally sensible, energy efficient homes. As
owners of the company, Steve and Brad are personally involved in every project to ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded.

                                            Don Cayton

                                            North Carolina native, Don Cayton, is the owner of Greystone. He has an                                             established background with precious building materials and is a direct buyer                                             from many wholesale companies.                                             Rick Wyatt

                                            Born in Japan and raised literally around the world, Rick Wyatt, President of                                             Zenith Homes, developed an early and lasting appreciation for architecture and                                             elegant design. From an early age, Rick was intrigued not only with the outer                                             appearence of beautiful structures, but also the process of how these structures                                             came to be. Rick selected North Carolina State University to pursue studies related                                             to his keen interest in the building proccess. and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor                                             of Science degree in Civil Engineering. After working in commercial construction                                             for five years, Rick moved into residential construction, where he discovered his                                             true passion.

Acting on his passion, Zenith Homes was founded in 1997, with the philosophy that each home built would
be treated as a unique creation, custom designed to fit the lifestyle and specific needs of its owner. Zenith home owners have consistently and proudly testified that this philisophy was the basis for the building of
