Your first year’s membership to the Summerwind Wellness and Fitness Center is included with the purchase of your home! Over 50,000 square feet of fitness and wellness space has been designed to meet all of you and your family’s needs. An indoor lap pool, therapy pool and wet area will be available for long-term low-impact exercise. Yoga and light cardio will be available in the cardio spa and the latest treadmills, elliptical trainers and Nautilus training equipment will be available for your daily use. You will also be able to walk indoors rain or shine on the fit track! Diagnostics will be administered at the Wellness Center so that you can keep up with your physical progress. You will also have the opportunity to meet with medical specialists for therapy, rehab or cardio supervision. An outdoor pool and childcare will also be available for when the grandkids visit!! Relax regardless of your schedule in the coffee and juice café. Opening in the Fall of 2008.
